Dr. Clarisse Mesa, Assistant Principal
Prior to this current role, Dr. Mesa has been an Assistant Principal at Palo Alto and Liberty High School in Brentwood and served as Program Evaluation Coordinator in PAUSD.
She also has experience doing education research and as Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer for Girl Scouts of Northern California.
Oversees:
Student Behavior Supports, Activities and Leadership Liaison, Aragon EXPO, COVID tracking, Facilities (Permits, Activities, Reservations), Master Calendar, Health Office, MTSS Tier 1, Orientation & First Day of School, School Planning-Safety, Scholarships and F/R Lunch, and CAASPP and ELPAC Testing.
Community Groups - Music Boosters, Pacific Islander Parent Group
Educational Background:
She earned a PhD in Education Policy and Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Political Science from the University of Chicago.
