Location:

Our Expo Night will take place in several locations on campus:

1. Aragon Theater - located directly off of Alameda de las Pulgas on the east end of campus. Walk up the fire access road from Alameda (across from Castilian Way) OR via the fire access road or science wing hallway from the parking lot adjacent to Baywood Elementary.
2. South Gym - located behind the Theater and accessible from the fire road off of Alameda (across from Castilian Way), from the pedestrian path from Alameda (across from Aragon Blvd.), or via the fire access road or science wing hallway from the parking lot adjacent to Baywood Elementary.
3. MPR (Multi-Purpose Room) - located directly above the South Gym on the main level of campus, just off of our Center Court. Proceed up the south ramp from the South Gym.
4. Room 176 - is in the South Wing ("100 building") just off of "C Hall," adjacent to the MPR. 

 

Parking:

Parking on campus at Aragon is extremely limited but can be accessed via Woodland Drive, next to Baywood Elementary. Additional street parking may be available on Alameda de las Pulgas and in the surrounding neighborhood. Carpooling and allowing for extra time to park are both highly encouraged! 

 

 

Our Expo night is divided into two different sessions: informational tables and a live presentation.

Informational Tables (6:30-8:15):

Departments, parent groups, and counselors are available at our Expo tables in the South Gym (all departments), MPR (math department), and Room 176 (Special Education department) throughout the evening to provide you with department-specific information and answers to your questions. 

Presentation (6:30-7:15 & 7:30-8:15):

Please join us in our Theater at either 6:30 or 7:30 for both live and video presentations of the various programs and classes offered at Aragon.  The same presentation is being run twice due to seating capacity limitations in our theater.

The main video portion of the presentation will be made available after the event for families who are unable to attend.
